چکیده
Malignant phyllodes tumor is a subtype of fibroadenomas but with invasive behaviors that accounts for 1% all breast cancers. About one in every 4 phyllode tumors malignant. The available treatment modalities malignant are wide excision or mastectomy adjuvant radiotherapy and case distant metastasis, chemotherapy added. However, Due to its scarcity, there no enough data about the best modality what our study aims find. We extracted 1971 female patients from Surveillance, Epidemiological, End Results (SEER) database. All them had Phyllode tumor. divided into 3 groups; Conservative surgery, simple mastectomy, radical mastectomy. For each group we further subdivided more groups, surgery systemic therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy. subgroup, measured relative 5-year survival. also performed Kaplan-Meier curve log rank test using SPSS 25 survival analysis. conservative were (98.1%, 86.2%, 77.5% respectively; P<0.001). With sub stratification surgeries, compared 5 year-relative therapy group; (94.9%, 83.2%, 64.7% P<0.001) Adjuvant chemotherapy, they (50.8%, 66.4%, 22.1% results this highlight be choice as it has outcome.
